For the fastest and most convenient service use our Manage Reservation feature below to receive a copy of your reservation confirmation email or to cancel your reservation. Please review your cancellation policy prior to cancelling your reservation, which was provided on the reservation confirmation page as well as your confirmation email.

Can I cancel a reservation online? arrow-icon
Yes, you can cancel your reservation online under reservation details. You will need the email used at the time of booking and your Itinerary number. Please review your cancellation policy on your confirmation email before canceling your reservation.
Can I cancel nonrefundable reservation? arrow-icon
No, nonrefundable reservations cannot be canceled after booking. For questions please contact our Support Team at 855-956-2201 or by email at Support@reservations.com.
Where I can see my cancellation policy terms? arrow-icon
Your cancellation policy can be found under the Reservation Details and on your confirmation email.
Can I change the email registered under my reservation? arrow-icon
No, to update your reservation email please contact us directly by phone at 855-956-2201 or by email to Support@reservations.com.
Where can I find the hotel address details for my reservation? arrow-icon
The hotel address appears in the confirmation email that was sent at the time of booking. Alternatively, it is possible to re-send the confirmation email by going to reservation details.
