The Marine Research Center and Aquarium, currently called the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo, is a 10-million-liter aquarium tank located in Umm al Qaywayn. The aquarium is home to more than 140 different marine species, including stingrays, sharks, and giant groupers. Visitors can walk through a 48-meter walk-through tunnel, and they can also experience having underwater adventures, such as the Cage Snorkeling, to get up close with the marine creatures.
