June through August during summertime is the best time of the year to be in Marshfield, Wisconsin. However, hotel rates are quite high so you might want to visit before June or after August and still experience good weather in the area, but better hotel rates.
What to Do & Area Attractions
If you are up for some unique experience, you might want to head to the 1897 Clark County Jail Museum a two-storey Victorian designed home of the former Sheriffs of the region featuring a 3-story jail with cells at the back of the home and a military exhibit on the third floor. Located near the Hotel Marshfield, BW Premier Collection, you can also access the Wildwood Zoo located just a few minutes walk away. Several parks are also featured in the area such as the Dorchester Park and the JuRustic Park. Shopping centers and other interesting places to see in the region can be conveniently accessed near the Holiday Inn Conference Center Marshfield.
