Rebranded under the Smy Hotels Group in late 2018, Italica Hotels properties are now a part of Smy Hotel’s range of properties with a three-star or four-star rating. The Italian properties are the Borgo Magliano Resort, Area Roma, Bellamonte, and Koflerhof. Borgo Magliano offers a great location surrounded by the beautiful Maremma in Tuscany. It is also close to the Argentario and Maremma Natural Park. Area Roma blends modern amenities with world famous works of art which are prominently displayed in the public areas of the property. Bellamonte is in the Fiemme Valley and provides guests with easy access to the sites in Trentino. Koflerhof is in Rasen-Antholz.
Outside of Italy, Smy Hotels also has a property in Spain, the Hotel Smy Costa Del Sol, is a four-star property. Its facilities overlook Los Amos in the Mediterranean.
