Island Vacation Properties LLC is a property management company that specializes in buying, selling and renting of beachfront properties in Anna Maria Island. It was founded in 2000, by Ann Caron, a real estate broker with over a decade of service on the island. Eventually, Caron retired and turned over the reins to Bill and Sara Annis.
