Previously called Sacramento Medical Center, the University of California Davis Medical Center is among the biggest academic health institutions in the capital city of Sacramento, California. It serves over six million residents from 33 counties in Central and Northern California. Funded with around $1.7 billion annual budget, the medical center features 625 beds for acute care, a level I trauma center, and a diverse staff coming from over 150 health care specializations. This allows UC Davis Medical Center to accommodate 30,000 admitted patients and around a million visits yearly, rounding up the daily visits to about 210 patients.
From there, make your way to the Aerospace Museum of California located on the site of the previous McClellan Air Force Base in McClellan.
