Westover Metropolitan Airport - CEF
The Westover Metropolitan Airport is the civilian airport located in a complex along with the Westover Air Reserve Base. It is located near Springfield, across the communities of Granby, Chicopee, and Ludlow in Massachusetts, and is can be accessed by several rail spurs. The airport was named after General Oscar Westover, who was an Army Air Corps commanding officer in the 1930s. The Westover Metropolitan Airport uses the airport code CEF, and offers safe and secure flights at competitive rates with quicker turns and less congestion compared to larger commercial airports. In 2017, it logged around 16,213 aircraft operations.

The airport was established by former U.S. President Franklin D.
