Centralia: A Ghost Town
Centralia is a ghost town located in the Coal Region in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. This town has been abandoned since 1984 when authorities declared the town inhospitable due to carbon monoxide smokes out from the ground and had caused the devastating fire in 1962. Centralia, PA has left highway, buildings, church and railroads unused for a long period since its abandonment.

Tourists used to visit Centralia before its abandonment due to many area attractions. As of this time, no season can be said busier or lower in Centralia but the town has still visitors from time to time. There are persons left in the area but the government has already taken over all properties as imminent domain. Everything left in the area has warning signs so as not to hurt strangers going to the area from damaging effect of the cause of its desolation.

Centralia PA has left some things to see. But authorities have provided in the area many warning signs. You can still see some cemetery, a church, a road full of graffiti, and highways.
