Jersey City Medical Center, Jersey City, New Jersey, United States of America
The Jersey City Medical Center is a large hospital located in Jersey City and has advanced technology facilities. The hospital has included three major facilities: the Provident Bank Ambulatory Center, the Christie Kerr Women's Health Center, and the Wilzig Hospital. The Jersey City Medical Center is considered to be one of the first and the best medical centers in the US because doctors are competent enough to handle all kinds of medical issues, even harder and complicated ones. In the late 1990's, the hospital built a teaching affiliation with the New York College Osteopathic Medicine, and St. George's University School of Medicine. Then in 2004, the Jersey City Medical Center moved to their new quarters at Grand Street and was operated by the Barnabas Health.
Perhaps the most notable destination in Jersey City is the Liberty State Park, opposite to the Liberty and Ellis Island. This park was first opened in 1976 to commemorate America's independence. The main part of the park is the Morris Canal Big Basin and the east part of the park is the Upper New York Bay. Another notable destination is the interactive science museum called the Liberty Science Center, which is also located at the center of Jersey City. This is considered to be New Jersey's first major science museum that features numerous educational resources and preserves the original Hoberman sphere model. For accommodation located less than a mile from the medical center, book at Dharma Home Suites JC at Grove Station or at Furnished Quarters at Grove Pointe. Both hotels offer quality services and amenities for guests’ optimum comfort. Union City is also a great city to explore, just a 20-minute drive from Jersey City.
