Moises R. Espinosa Airport or locally known as Masbate Airport located in Masbate City, Philippines. The airport has an assigned IATA code of MBT which is the fastest way to reach the province that is known as the cattle capital and the second biggest producer of cattle meat in the Philippines. Masbate Airport was named in honor of the Masbate Representative Moises Espinosa, who has killed at the grounds of the airport on the 17th of March 1989. The airport was categorized by the Philippine Civil Aviation Authority as minor domestic airport (Class 2 principal) serving the greater Masbate City area.
