The Prudential Center is an indoor arena located in the central business district in Newark. It is enormously designed by HOK Sport, with its exterior designed by Morris Adjmi Architects. This arena seemed to be controversial upon its building because there have been questions about their financial status. Since its opening, it's been home by the New Jersey Devils of the National Hockey League and because of their financial concerns, many have speculated that the Devils might be relocating to another place, which luckily didn't happen. The Prudential Center was the first-ever major league sports venue that's built in the NewYork metropolitan area and since the Devils official organization, the Prudential Center stepped out and played an important role in the revitalization of Newark's socioeconomic status.
