Friedman Memorial Airport – SUN Sun Valley
Friedman Memorial Airport is a public airport owned by the city of Hailey, the capital city of Blaine County in Idaho, U.S. It is set 1.3 miles southeast of the central district of Hailey. The airport is serving the resort communities of Sun Valley and Ketchum as well as the neighboring areas. SUN-Friedman Memorial Airport is operated by the Friedman Memorial Airport Authority. The land where the airport is standing was donated by the children of S.J. Friedman, the first elected mayor of Hailey, the airport is named after his honor. Three airlines are currently operating at the airport serving flights to domestic destinations.

Friedman Memorial Airport is seated in a 211-acre of land. It has one asphalt-paved runway measuring 7,550 feet in length. Only a coffee shop is serving foods and drinks at the airport. An automated teller machine is located at the north end of the terminal. Sun Valleyis one of the resort towns surrounding SUN Sun Valley. The place is popular for its ski areas.
